Yes, even though it's a download, you still need the cart to play it. It's just a matter of Ubi cheaping out on the cartridge size.

It depends if you are looking to 100% or just play through the story. Rogue is probably 20-30 hours and black flag is 40+. If you do everything in black flag, it’s easily 75+ hours.

Good price. Rogue download size is 7.1 GB. BF download size is 12 GB. So I guess they put BF on a 16 GB cart to save a little money.
