A factory reset fixes the bloatware issue. Worst case scenario is you make a bootable OS drive to do a wipe. Microsoft has their ISOs available for free and Rufus is a great freeware app for imaging....

I also bought this (open box) during last month's sale, and also the $600 Amazon Flex 5. Side by side, everything about this c940 is much nicer than the Flex 5. It even seemed faster.

The problem with a lot of these Ryzen 4000 laptops is that they don't have TB3, which doesn't make them as futureproof. If they had a 2-in-1 with Ryzen 4000 and TB3 I'd be all over it.
