I talked to a CSR from dyson and they said the 2019 and 2020 model have the same motor. He said the only downsize to the 2019 and 2020 is the battery accessibility.

I too have just called Dyson CSR and had them price match QVC. Also no free dok but only with one of the tool kits. I asked the CSR and they said the motor is the same as the 2019 V11, just that...

Just ordered a refurbished V10 Absolute (with soft roller head) from Walmart for $279. Added a 4 year warranty for $50 and has a 30 day return policy... great deal if you’re lookin to go that route.

Easier to removable battery, greater suction, but much heavier and less maneuverable. The V11 torque drive battery is removable as well, but requires removing a few screws.

Yeah I prefer to get via dyson since you get the extra free tools worth $75 and free return shipping. QVC you have to pay return shipping. retail the brush is $150, but i saw some on ebay for $70-$100

It's the screw-in battery. Quick change would have been nice but you can't really beat it for the price. I'd rather have the screw-in with free dock than the quick-change and no dock. It's plenty...
