There does not appear to be a solar input. I.e. one that can accept a range of voltages produced by the dollar panel. So you'd need a solar charger with regulated output rather than just a panel.

yes looking more i see the input is DC Input: DC 18V 2A thats 36w in or 60w in with PD almost 2x faster so its a bit limiting with solar is the PD in & out at the same time
