My eufy does the same to this lasko. Take one of the many shipping boxes you have put a brick in it and put the fan on top. I put mine on a small desk docated end table.

Just bought one of these a few weeks ago. It's okay for the price - just don't expect it to move as much air as a box fan. It's sufficient if you sit within 5 feet, but not much beyond that.
