I agree 100% horrible customer service. My sunglass was used maybe twice, was in the car, glass popped out of frame. I didn’t notice it for some days as I drove less due to COVID situation....

Probably not...that happens with polarized glasses. If you turn your phone sideways, you can often see the screen though.
