the sensitivity of the s803 is 87db which isn't bad. Same for the s83 center. The s807 is 90db.

Absolutely nothing. They're excellent. Listen to music on them for hours. If you want bass heavy the 809 have another woofer or you could add a subwoofer. Personally, the 807 hits just fine.
