Yeah I just do this but with the sprayer attachment on the kitchen sink. Works through the winter when I wouldn’t want to be doing that outdoors.

You are wrong by an order of magnitude. Hepa filters filter particles 0.3-0.5 and above, virus particles are less than 10x smaller than that
