TK800M is a 4K projector with 8.3 million pixels while the HC3200 has 4 million pixels. This is a huge difference.

Seen a few on AVS Forum, all in threads. The 3800 is barely brighter, but the dynamic contrast is better. Not sure it is worth the upgrade cost personally.

Yes. Input lag is very low and the brightness and color are a huge improvement over the 2045. One of the reasons I went with the 3800 is that it does 4K/60
