HD is manipulating this item, it seems to me. Every time it goes on sale (like weekly), it is OOS. Yet whenever it goes off sale, it magically reappears.

Sucks that it won't ship to CA. How's the quality and noise with this brand? I was considering a Ryobi generator but keep seeing deals for this brand pop up.

it's a non-inverter generator, so it's loud like other generators. That being said, I ran it off propane and it powered my 30a camper's a/c and television in the middle of summer heat in Florida.
