I think it has something to do with wet wax and dry wax, some people have dry wax; wax probably would fall out from time to time. But for wet wax people if they don’t use Qtip, it will accumulate...

I actually used the up&up version that comes with a bulb and that worked great! Using this without a bulb to rinse i pretty useless. you need the bulb and many squirts.
