It just sprays water, 100 people can use it and it would be okay. It's a toilet seat that sprays water. Go to japan, every public toilet has one.

You'll need to ask them if there's a valve to shut off water to the guest house (i would think this is required by code... but not sure where you live). If that's not available, see if you are...

I own this model and the Lowes model that is equivalent of the HD model...The water pressure can be much higher on the 800 model. So if you need that there you go. The 800 does not have a night...
