I highly doubt this thing can cover 4500sq ft. Save yourself headaches and get the Aprilaire 1830. It’s costly but will do the job properly at a lower running cost over time

Depends on the room size you want the unit to service, it may also make sense to explore different technology than compressor based dehumidifier. I switched to a 15 pint desiccant around 4 years ago...
