No. Ultra runs off of T-Mobile. So you're just as screwed as someone who uses T-Mobile would be. If you want something cheap, look into a G6, an E6, a Samsung A10e, etc.

For 90% of people that just use a phone for light internet browsing, facebook, youtube, etc. you can use pretty much any 5 year old phone or newer, and be just fine.
