It enables people to have surround sound without a receiver, but there isn't much out there yet... By the time you are ready for a new TV in a 5+ years it might be more popular. Not a big deal imho...

If it's from Greentoe, it's an authorized seller. I have been seeing this price on different forums coming from Beach Camera. Could be someone else, though.

Seems that the only difference is that PUA is WiSa ready and AUA is not, so if you are not using this feature there is no difference.
