I got this on Woot last year. Easy to put together and good quality. Not sure about actually sitting a TV on it, but it works great below a mounted TV as shown in the images.

Picture from amazon review. Instead of screen size, pay attention to max weight it can support. Many newer 65" HDTV weigh less than 55 lb this garbage table supports. :)

This is not 10 inches tall and fyi this is the normal price as I just bought one last week. It is 18 inches and fits up to a 50 inch tv just fine.
