Just saying you don't NEED a cutter. These cigars are not precut but if you have any experience smoking cigars you know that you can just bite the cap off, same as cutting it.

absurd...it’s not the same as a cutter...biting the cap off can remove the whole cap which will cause the wrapper to unravel. a cutter or sharp knife will cleanly cut the top part of the cap off...
