A cheap DIY antifog method is to put a drop of dishsoap on the lens and rub the excess off with a soft towel (no water needed). As long as the soap coating is on there it won't fog, reapply as needed.

Absolutely agree. I have these as well but I rarely use them over normal safety glasses because after a short while they're more of a safety hazard than a safety device (can't see out of them)....

Lol....I was gonna say...I was using mine today and they were fogging up. You can get some antifog spray to use inside them and that will help. They aren't well ventilated and that's the problem.
