I have this same one. The bolts come out super easy, if you know a welder then this will be perfect. Other than that the rattle loosens up everything and it becomes wobbly real fast.

Engineer here. If the powder coating is done correctly, this wont rust. It's pretty hard to scratch powdercoating, but if you did and it exposed the bare galvanized steel its probably still fine...
