Yeah, nothing from Verizon or AT&T is ever a "deal". You can get this phone for $99 from other carriers and actually get a real unlimited plan for half the price of AT&T

Pretty sure you are completely wrong. Maybe the old 2016 iPhone SE is $99 on Metro. This is the 2020 model, a completely different product. Shows as $399.99 on Metro.

Well it’s more like a $110 savings, but I would tend to agree. The $350 price is still a locked phone. MSRP for unlocked is $400 so for $290 you’re getting a locked AT&T Prepaid phone.
