Look for different Walmart stores folks. I searched three stores for XS Max. 64, 256, 512Gb all same price. I grabbed 512gb $16.63/month effectively $500. XS should be $400 any storage

You can payoff early regardless of your plan. But I guess you should use for minimum 45-60 days before you can raise an unlock request
