Yes you can. I first dissolve the powder in a bit of flat water then add carbonated water to it. Probably not a good idea to add powder directly to carbonated water because you'll have to shake it up...

Same here. I check target every time I go. They’ve been on back order for months. If you like sparkling water, a soda stream is a must. We drink a ton of it and a soda stream is waaaay cheaper.

The colder the water you use, the fizzier it will get. I always use ice cold water and I'm able to get it really fizzy. Though, it doesn't last that long even when I screw the cap on really tight.
