The limitation is by Synology surveillance and not Eufy. Any cameras that Synology supports (not limited to Eufy) on top of the 2, requires a license.

I run FreshTomato. It only blocks access to the WAN. I've tested this on a VM server connecting to a local web server and entering the VM server's MAC to block.. it blocked to the WAN/internet.....
