Paperstream Lite can output directly to tif/tiff. We set it up to scan directly to specific dropbox folders. Here is a good multipage tiff viewer for those who are okay with working with tiff files...

Just received Eko from recent deal. It is quite compact and the design is similar to that of the SnapScan. 20ppm is sufficient enough for me but for those who need more speed, good deal.

I believe your scanner has wireless connectivity. This one is strictly USB 2.0 so if you are married to that capability, this would be a downgrade.

No. It’s a document scanner and it will be problematic with photos both in terms of quality and its operation. Your best bet is an Epson FastFoto scanner.
