The only people who use that hyperthreading talking point whether it applies or not are the AMD cult. :) This is overpriced but not because it has no hyperthreading CPU.

Are you serious? The cpu is available right now at B&H for $175. It is regularly priced these days around $195 on Amazon and eBay (new) The single-fan RTX 2060 (which is what is on this build)...
