1080p 60fps is fine. For a gaming laptop, this is a good deal. If you want a work horse build a PC and choose the monitors.

This is better. Only $46 more for Ti card. You can always add more memory and a bigger HD, but not the video card.

He's talking about the quality of the screen rather than the specs. I have the g5 and the screen is very dark with bad contrast and even worse viewing angle. But I'm not too picky with my screen so...

Gaming laptops are such a crapshoot. That's why I've stopped buying them. It hasn't bit me yet, but every time feels like Russian roulette.
You could save money getting a laptop with a plain 1650, or spend a little more for one with a 1660ti. So this is a weird deal.

It would be a hot deal if the 15% coupon works. Tried it but no good. Has anyone tried Dell chat if they would override it to make coupon work?

Can someone elaborate on panels for laptops or link an article? I obviously will just gravitate to a 144hz screen but I don't know laptops well enough to know it's still going to be what I want.

Why not get the AMD Dell G5 deal. The 5600m is on par with the 2060. I think that ends up being cheaper even after upgrading to the Ryzen 7.

Eh, i got a Dell G3 with 9th gen i5 and GTX 1660 ti max q, 8 gb ram and 512gb SSD for under $600 brand new shipped from Dell last year. This doesn't seem like a deal 9 months later with lower specs.
