Another benefit of this style in an older home is that old cans leaked crazy amount of air into the attic, retrofits effectively seal up the old can without removing.

One thing I was wondering... if you get the 5k and you dimm it, will you get it towards 2700? Don't really want daylight everywhere, but if I can dimm it to my liking then this works.
