5". Most homes use 5" gutters. I wouldn't recommend oversizing them since the drill or adhesive points won't line up to any part of the gutter if you bought 6" for 5" gutters.

Did you get the free gutter cleaning brush they offered? It was a bit obscure, but they had a small paper where you could request a brush to attach to extension pole and clean without climbing back...
