I've bought two refurbs from this site. One had a problem. Ryobi handled the warranty and replaced with a new unit. Seems like very little drawback to pulling the trigger on this.

after using a while it might stop nailing, simply just open the tip up and lube it up where the hammer hits the nail ( the sliding channel) and nails everytime.
