Have one of these and agree with everyone. They do sag. If they had a middle support, it would be much better. Maybe cutting a 2x4 and screwing it to the shelf. Haven’t tried but would possibly work.

Right I had books on them and unless you evenly distribute the weight and even then the wood pushes the cheap metal frame outward and collapses. I wouldnt pay $20 for these.
