For all of you wondering about seasoning this, I wipe down entire pan (bottom and handle also) with grapeseed oil, bake oven to around 400 or 450 (I do 450 in a convection). Leave in for an hour....

Never buying any more cast iron because it's such a pain to use. You get the exact same result using clad stainless steel without all the misery that comes with cast iron.
