Just be aware if you're trying to get the weight scale to go down, this product has creatine, so water retention more than likely will occur.

C4 will have better "pumps". I use this stuff because it's cheap, but keep in mind it's a fairly bare-bones preworkout. C4 is more complete (i.e. it has lots of other crap thrown in)

in for 4. I used this stuff last year when i was going to the gym, didn't make me jittery and the watermelon flavor was really good. I generally used 1 scoop and double the water.

Most cases its the stimulants that cause the bathroom issue, which is why I try to avoid pre's with alot of caffeine, also try to avoid surpluses (which can be difficult)

Personally I think this preworkout is horrible but for the price it’s incredibly good deal. I’ll pass on purchasing though I didn’t get the pump i wanted when I purchased this brand years ago
