LG 27BL65U-W is the business variant of 27UL650-W (2019). Its wayy cheaper and also has a 3 year warranty compared to the 1 year warranty for 27UL650-W. Here are the reviews for the 2018 version...

These are cheap because they are VA panels. 32" 4K IPS is still pretty expensive. VA and IPS has different drawbacks, depend on your need.
