As an owner of the one with speakers, I’d say the bigger difference has to do with 2x HDMI vs HDMI+DisplayPort. I say that because the speakers are crap in mine and very rattly even at low volume....

Almost all LCD monitors have LED edge or backlighting. There is no such thing as an LED monitor that isn’t technically LCD, so not sure what point you are making here...
