The PQ is better on the CX but not "easily better". There is improved black frame insertion, better motion clarity and less banding in dark areas (something that really bothers me on my current TV...

I have had this issue with woot before, make sure you get a cancellation confirmation otherwise it would ship. Would be a hassle returning a TV this big.
