It's not a ziploc bag per se, but it's a small, clear bag. It's not as bad looking as you'd think. Not that different from frustration free packaging items that Amazon sells.

It does say "Sold & shipped by Jabra and BlueParrott Company Store" but there's no mention of warranty, just the 30-day return.
The Jabra store on eBay has them for $139.99 and it explicitly...
