Same here. Lost it at one point and found it in Spring when the snow melted. Still was the way it was when I lost it. I like this knife and even carry it on my suit while commuting to the city.

I agree, $100 is steep for basically a stripped version of a normal PM3. If they come out with a lightweight in LC200N steel and price it around $70, then Spyderco will have a potential home run.

You'll be much happier with a Kershaw Atmos, for about the same price. It's a bigger knife, much easier to handle, but only 0.1 ounce heavier. Improved lock doesn't open accidentally like the Chive....

This is a decent knife if you keep your expectations realistic. But IMHO it’s worth paying the extra $15 for the Kershaw Leek. One of my all time fav EDC knives.
