I also got the 20% twice. Traded in a iPad mini 1st gen for $20 they took my tablet whenever gave me the 20% off.... Had to really bitch and complain ( took weeks) but they finally gave me $30 credit...

Out of the box you can only install Android apps through the Amazon app store. There's no access to the Google Play Store without tinkering with it.
