All I would add is M.2 SSD and ram no other components and itx case with 1 fan. So this should be enough? They do make quality product, owned one and evga among best ones I have seen.

There's an odd discrepancy. The Amazon listing doesn't mention the warranty, but Newegg lists the warranty as 5 years under the warranty tab, then as 10 years elsewhere on the site. Looks like...

Definite maybe. The new 3080 is supposed to draw ~45 more watts than a 2080 Ti, and a 2080 Ti recommends 650w. 750w might be safer.
