Wrap a little masking tape around the stems. Start with 2 or 3 layers. Add a little more if still not tight enough. I was surprised how little it takes for this type of hack. HTH

I did not need to roll mine. Just needed cheap airtight storage. I did not put wheels on because they don't stack. But, thanks for the update. I can't say I've tried this.

On ours the thin plastic hinges in the back all broke. If you're not extra gentle opening them, they will not last. It's a shame because otherwise I like them a lot.
