Wonder if its near expiration date? Oil does go bad (rancid)! Good olive oil should be used within a year of its pressing, but expiration dates are often far beyond that already. Bad oil = bad food.

You might be right but Costco doesn't mixed the country if origins of olive oils that's makes Costco is gold standard, the rest are mixing from multiple origins, cheap organic fillers and quality

That would make Costco cheaper then because, this is only 1.41liter where as the Costco is 2liters, 33% more at only 25% higher price. Correct me if I am wrong.
