I’m with you, should’ve bit on the S5 $100 off deals, esp since hearing the S6 won’t be anything worth “upgrading” to. I’m holding out for $100 off again maybe July 4 or later.

The SoC chip on the Series 3 is significantly slower than S4/S5. I would recommend against it, unless you don't mind the slower interface responce and shorter long term support in terms of updates.
