Agreed, I picked this stuff up when it was even cheaper ($45) and it's functionally just as good as my Rockler stuff. I prefer this over Orange Aluminum stuff which is 1/2" deep vs the standard...

Yes, they are almost the exact dimensions as most other track give or take some extrusion tolerances. The hardware for any other standard T track will work on these.
