True, but you cannot start out with $10 renew. You still need to make minimum of $20 PayGo credit first, then you can set renew with $10 after that.

If you're unwilling to spend the $10 from Tello, another option is to buy one on eBay. I also read somewhere that Amazon Sprint 4-in-1 SIM card may not always work on Tello. Good luck.

When Tello first started up, you could do $5 top-up's. Then it went to $10 and now is $20 minimum. If you have a balance, $10 can be set to auto top up.
