I assume you meant Costco gas station? If that's the case, my guess is YES. Chase Freedom categorizes gas pumps at Costco and Sam's Club as such, so my guess is that this card will too.

I believe you can buy gift cards directly from the airlines to satisfy annual travel credit. At least I've seen reports that Southwest GC directly from SWA works.
