Until it sucks enough dirt and breaks. Of course if you only keep your cars for only few years, then this may work to your advantage.

I actually run no air filter on my rides. It gives me extra ponies and better mileage.

I guess IS250 is up to 2013 and Toyota models go up to 2015

https://www.knfilters.com/air-filters/lexus/is250 K&N says it only fits up to 2013 is250. The look nearly identical to me, but different model numbers.
