Not really. They're padded straps with perforated fabric on the inside. I've never had a problem with them slipping but wouldn't say they're non slip.

Only complaint are the shallow bottle holders. My lid has a hook so I loop the strap through it so it doesn't fall out. But they should make the holders taller and wider. But otherwise I love it.
