It can handle dual 4k monitors via the USB-C and USB ports, but it's not gaming worthy. So really depends on what you consider powerful. I bought this a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed it...

I tried mine going to a lenovo usb-c hub, and no video output to monitor attached to hub (whereas my ThinkPad T-480 has no issues outputting)
