I have 6 lines on a family plan. When i sign up other lines for verizon up, it says the reward was already redeemed by account owner. Isn't each line eligible for an award?

Lower bill means lower revenue. Whether they give you a $5 prize or lower your bill by $5. The net for taxes would be the same, you don't know what you're talking about.

I used to get $10 offers and now everything is $5 tops. I think they adjusted their categories to be less generous aka “give away” less money.

Haven't seen one in 5 months. There was a few Billie Eilish concerts and the last one i saw was a $50.00 giftcard. Which I should have tried for if I knew that they wouldn't release new ones.
