It can do lighter pipes and pvc too really well. So some plumbers that work at rough plumbing might find good use for it. Such as housing community build out and want to be quick with a small tool....

For the money you're better off with a corded angle grinder. Reciprocating saw should do the job too. This is a niche tool that non-tradesmen likely won't get much use out of.
